Today was the first time this year that I went out of the house wearing shorts without tights
and I was really scared that my legs would be flimsy because they develloped some cellulite near my buttcheeks, but well, I guess running is paying off! They actually looked good in shorts wich encouraged me to keep doing what I’m doing, wich is:
Interval running: I walk 1 minute at a fast pace and then run 30 seconds. I just do it for 20min to 30min every day with one or two rest days a week.
